Great to meet you!

For many of us life can feel difficult at times- whether navigating depression, addiction or the insecurities and uncertainties that come with life. I offer space for connection, smiles, and vulnerability, where we are not always on the clock, allowing room to slow down and breathe.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative, grounded in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman Method, Relational Therapy and Attachment Theory. I work with individuals and couples navigating high-conflict relationships, trust and betrayal, emotional disconnection, including narcissistic and emotional abuse. I create space for awareness, healing and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session offers a chance to settle into a space that feels safe, unhurried and supportive, I focus on creating an environment where connection, vulnerability, and even moments of lightness can emerge. Together, we begin to explore what feels most important to you.
