Great to meet you!

I’m truly glad you’re here and taking this step toward a healthier, more grounded version of yourself. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida and Tennessee, and I support clients navigating anxiety, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, trauma, addiction, grief, parenting challenges, relationship struggles, and the complex weight of caregiving or chronic illness. My style is warm, genuine, and down-to-earth, and I shape our work around your unique needs because your healing should never be one-size-fits-all.

I believe in a mindful, compassionate approach that helps you understand your patterns, strengthen your self-awareness, and build a kinder relationship with yourself. Your well-being is worth the time and energy you invest, and the work you do now creates long-lasting change. Every day is a new chance to begin again, breathe, reset, and move forward with intention. When you’re ready to connect, email is the best way to reach me. [email protected]

My approach to therapy

I utilize a few different modalities; but primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. CBT and DBT are powerful, evidence-based therapies that can significantly enhance your mental health and quality of life. Through CBT, you will learn to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. With DBT, you will develop skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cultivate mindfulness. By integrating these approaches, we can work together to address your specific challenges and help you achieve your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from our sessions with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a greater sense of control over their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to help you build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful changes in your life. You will gain skills from CBT and DBT to manage stress, regulate emotions, improve relationships, and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns. Sessions are a safe, supportive space where you can be real, explore your struggles without judgment, and leave feeling empowered to take actionable steps toward your goals. Most importantly, you’ll learn to extend compassion to yourself and embrace progress over perfection.
