Great to meet you!

As a marriage and family therapist, I am dedicated to assisting couples, families, and individuals with improving relational dynamics and healing from wounds that may be interfering with their desired connections, including to themselves. I most frequently work with high-conflict couples, clients experiencing ADHD and ASD criteria, and trauma remediation.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively and integratively with each client to assess what you are experiencing now, what your goals are, and the in between, which is the road towards your hopes and dreams for yourself and your relationships.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be held in a therapeutic space while being challenged and curious about what they can integrate into their daily life that will help them achieve the healing that they are seeking.
