In addition to 6 years of hospital experience, I have had over 25 years in outpatient care across various settings. I am committed to meeting you in a therapeutic relationship to elicit your own motivation and maximize your unique inner and other resources for the wellness, change and growth for which you are ready.

Mine is an eclectic approach to therapy to adapt to the unique needs of each person I see.

The outcome of therapy depends largely on the degree of your willingness to engage in the process which may, at times, involve considerable discomfort before resolution is experienced. I will undertake to support you and to do my very best to understand you and identify any repeating behavioral patterns, as you clarify what it is that you want for yourself.
