I received my B.A. in Psychology from Norfolk State University, and my Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I believe that we all have the intrinsic ability to change the trajectory of our lives. I specialize in working with women who struggle with depression, anxiety, motherhood, and a host of other issues related to womanhood. My background includes formal training in counseling and psychology, with work experience ranging from hospitals to outpatient clinics.

I am a friendly therapist that believes in using a direct, yet personable approach to facilitating meaningful, positive changes for my clients. I offer gentle challenges to empower you to take action to create the changes you want to see in your life.
