Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist who values the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I respect your beliefs, identity, culture, and family background, and I welcome the opportunity to integrate faith into the process if it is important to you. I believe that healing happens through connection, honesty, and a sense of safety, not through judgment. You should know that I walk alongside you with patience, kindness, and genuine care.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is faith-based, trauma-informed, and rooted in family-systems work, with the integration of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and crisis intervention strategies when needed. This means we will explore how your past and present experiences influence your thoughts, feelings, and relationships today. Through trauma-sensitive techniques, grounding skills, and CBT tools, we will work together to reduce emotional distress and build healthier patterns. I honor cultural identity, spiritual values, and personal strengths as essential parts of healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a gentle and welcoming environment where we take time to understand your story, your strengths, and the challenges you are facing. I will invite you to share at your own pace—there is no pressure to reveal anything before you’re ready. We will identify your goals together and begin to establish a safe space built on trust, respect, and compassion. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and never alone in your healing process.
