Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with impulse control, intimacy, or addiction? Do you feel stuck in destructive patterns, overwhelmed by anger, or disconnected from your sense of self-worth? You’re not alone—and there is a way through. I specialize in helping individuals break free from cycles of dysregulation, shame, and confusion so they can rebuild healthier, more empowered lives.

With over 17 years of experience in behavioral health, I specialize in working with adults facing challenges related to impulse control, sexual behavior issues, PTSD, anger, and life transitions.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC), and Licensed Sex Offender Evaluator. My approach is trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and rooted in practical, evidence-based strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're navigating recovery, rebuilding relationships, or seeking clarity in a difficult season, I’m here to help you move forward with confidence and support.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong emphasis on strength-based and solution-focused strategies. I also integrate mindfulness and trauma-recovery models to meet each client’s individual needs.

Clients can expect a safe, honest, and nonjudgmental space where we work collaboratively to identify goals, build insight, and develop practical tools for change. Whether you're dealing with urges, past trauma, or emotional overwhelm, I’m here to support your growth. Healing begins with showing up—and together, we’ll take it one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with your sense of agency. Whether you're navigating trauma, struggling with addiction or compulsive behaviors, or facing a major life transition, therapy with me is collaborative, goal-oriented, and grounded in real-life application.

Clients often leave sessions feeling more empowered, self-aware, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their lives.
