Great to meet you!

Do you feel overwhelmed by the pressures of life? You're not alone. In the hustle to keep up, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself—your needs, your peace, your joy. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or just trying to make it through the day, I’m here to walk beside you. Together, in a space rooted in compassion and trust, we’ll gently explore what’s weighing on you in this moment. My approach is trauma-informed, solution-focused, and grounded in the belief that healing looks different for everyone.

You don’t have to go through this alone. Your mental health matters—and so do you. Let’s work together to break free from old patterns, rediscover your inner strength, and create a life that feels more whole, balanced, and true to you.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping people overcome stressful life challenges with compassion. I also utilize solution-focused, trauma-informed care (SF-TIC) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where your story is honored and your voice truly heard. We’ll work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you—whether that’s easing anxiety, navigating depression, healing from trauma, or simply making sense of life’s challenges.
