Great to meet you!

With nearly 15 years of practice, I support women, immigrants, and multiracial clients through the complexities of relationships, work, identity, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I offer specialized support for adult TCKs (Third Culture Kids) navigating identity fragmentation, assimilation, and belonging, and am also a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on identity transitions. Whether you're becoming a parent, navigating what it means to have grown up across cultures, or working through any major shift in who you are, I believe therapy works best when it meets you there directly rather than through a formula. I draw on tools like Internal Family Systems and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when they fit, but what matters most to me is the relationship itself. I bring relevant parts of my own story into the room rather than hiding behind clinical distance, because real change happens in connection, not in spite of it.

What you can expect from me

First sessions with me are about getting oriented instead of diving into everything at once. You can expect to walk away with a clearer sense of what's actually going on beneath the surface and some initial language for the parts of your experience that have felt hard to name. More importantly, you walk away with a working sense of whether we're a good fit to keep going together. I'm not aiming to solve everything in one sitting. My goal is that you leave feeling a little more seen and a little less alone with whatever brought you in.
