Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist who provides therapy in both English and Spanish. I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, chronic health conditions, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ concerns, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted without pressure to fit into expectations that do not align with who you are. I believe that meaningful change begins with self-understanding, and I am passionate about helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools that support their well-being and daily functioning.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic approaches. Together, we will explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be contributing to current challenges while also developing practical strategies to help you move toward the life you want. I strive to balance deep self-exploration with actionable skills so that therapy feels both meaningful and helpful in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic foundation. I will take time to understand your concerns, personal history, strengths, values, and goals for therapy. You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. My priority is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you can share at your own pace. By the end of the session, we will identify areas of focus and begin developing a plan tailored to your unique needs, helping you feel more confident about the path forward.
