Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. I employ a Solution-Focused approach to therapy with the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I have expertise in crisis triage, individual therapy, and group therapy.

In my practice, I specialize in addiction recovery, from all mind and mood-altering substances as well as behavioral disorders including gambling, over-eating, over-working, and codependency. I also enjoy working with those coping with anxiety in our face-paced and achievement-focused society.

My approach to therapy

I have a firm belief in the importance of self-care and boundaries so that an individual is more available to the people they care about. I focus my work around supporting both addicts seeking recovery and families of those suffering with mental and emotional disorders.

What you can expect from me

Looking for the lesson in every situation, prioritizing boundaries, and getting out of the problem and into the solution.
