Great to meet you!

Life's journey and sometimes trying to navigate through its challenges can feel overwhelming. Perhaps you are a single parent, a grandparent, or someone who is seeking to live a well-balanced life. As a doctorally prepared psychiatric mental health (PMHNP-BC) and primary care nurse practitioner (FNP-C), I apply in-depth evidence-based knowledge in physical and mental health to help synergize your path to wellness. I believe that each day is an opportunity to live authentically and on purpose.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am dedicated to family empowerment, women and men's issues, challenges in adolescence, depression, substance use and anxiety. Through person-centered care and other therapies, I provide a non-judgmental and therapeutic environment that respects and addresses the complexity of your concerns. I have worked in emergency stabilization and dual diagnosis.

What you can expect from our first session

Mental health and the individual path to wellness is best achieved when we meet people where they are. I believe you are courageous and strong for acknowledging the need for help. As we work together, we will create an individualized plan to promote your health and wellness. Thank you for taking the first steps towards allowing me to walk virtually alongside you through this journey. Let's Go!
