Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, down‐to‐earth therapist who believes healing happens in relationship. I’m collaborative and nonjudgmental, and I tailor therapy to you using evidence‐based approaches. I value inclusivity, cultural humility, and LGBTQ+‐affirming care. We’ll move at your pace, set clear goals, and check in often so therapy feels useful and safe.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I’m trauma‐informed and attachment‐based, drawing from CBT, EMDR, DBT, Polyvagal, and Somatic therapies. We’ll set clear goals, move at your pace, and use tools that fit your life. Sessions are a safe space to process, practice new skills, and check in regularly so we can adjust as you grow. Inclusive and affirming for all identities.

What you can expect from me

You’ll leave sessions with practical tools you can use right away, clear next steps, and a better understanding of your patterns and needs. Over time, expect stronger boundaries, more confident communication, and greater self‐compassion—guided by a plan we track together.
