Great to meet you!

I am a warm accepting experienced therapist who believes in each individual's ability to find their paths with support and guidance. I attended Columbia School of Social Work and have helped people through the years find their center, and helped them navigate difficult life experiences. Many clients find my style welcoming, non judgmental and very helpful as they explore where they feel stuck and how to achieve the goals they came to therapy with .

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic. I use CBT, Mindfulness, Gestalt and psychodynamic. As a compassionate and experienced therapist I specialize in helping individuals like you better understand themselves, cope with difficult emotions, and work through personal struggles. My approach is grounded in evidence based techniques. I have a deep belief in the power of self awareness, personal growth, and healing. Together we will work at your pace to explore your feelings, develop practical coping strategies, and creates path forward that aligns you with your values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are managing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, grief or life transitions, I am committed to providing you a safe space where you can build trust, feel heard and supported.
