Great to meet you!

I bring over 13 years of experience since graduating from Boston University, and throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to work with both children and adults. Today, my focus is primarily on supporting adults navigating life’s stressors and transitions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I understand how culture and language shape our identities and the way we experience the world. Together, we’ll work to identify what truly helps you feel better and move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and personalized. I believe that therapy works best when it’s built on trust, openness, and honest communication. Everyone’s experiences and needs are different, and I value collaboration as we explore your story and clarify your goals. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, and depression, and I strive to create a space where you feel respected, supported, and understood.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on helping you feel comfortable and supported as we begin getting to know one another. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore what you’re hoping to gain from our work together, and begin setting initial goals at a pace that feels right for you. You are the expert on your own story, and my role is to help you make sense of it and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
