Great to meet you!

For the past thirteen years I have worked as a substance abuse therapist. I am dedicated to promoting long term recovery by helping clients work toward healing and self-reliance while highlighting personal strengths. My approach is to meet a person where they are, to look at what part of their life is not presently balanced while being kind, compassionate, patient, caring, nurturing and empathetic, using gentle pressure to assist a person in moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to create a trusting and safe environment where a person will feel heard and understood to be able to explore why they reached out for help.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect support and encouragement, insightful guidance and enhanced understanding.
