Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in the South Bay area of California, and I work with clients virtually. Before starting my own practice, I spent two and a half years at a residential treatment program working with adolescents and their families, using individual, family, and group therapy to support teens through some of their hardest moments. Earlier in my career, I worked in community mental health, where I supported a wide range of clients, including couples, children in elementary school through an art therapy partnership program, and adults of all ages. As I grow my private practice, I'm looking to work with a broader range of populations and case types than I did in my previous roles.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in meeting you exactly where you are. Much of my background is in family and group therapy, so I naturally think about the relationships and systems around a person, not just the individual in the room, and I bring that lens even when I'm working one-on-one. I'm currently pursuing my EMDR certification, which I'm excited to bring into my work to help clients process difficult experiences. Above all, I want therapy to feel like a space that's safe, non-judgmental, and paced to what you need.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to get out of our work together, and any history that feels relevant to share. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. My goal for that first conversation is simply to start building trust and make sure you feel comfortable. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
