Great to meet you!

My name is Pauletta, and I’m a Licensed Therapist, Social Worker, and Diagnostic Assessor with over 15 years of experience supporting adults through grief, anger, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I’ve worked across public, private, and institutional settings, including as an EAP provider and clinical contractor with Fortune 500 companies.

I work with clients of all ages but I have a lot of experience in working with seniors and aging populations, helping them navigate the emotional changes that come with new stages of life. As a military veteran, I understand the unique transitions and challenges people face when redefining purpose and identity.

My approach to therapy

I focus on brief, solution-focused therapy that helps clients identify strengths and apply new insights to daily life. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I help clients reframe unhelpful thoughts and move toward healthier emotional balance.

I also provide a nonjudgmental space to explore different approaches to relationships, including monogamy and non-monogamy, from both a therapeutic and educational perspective. We’ll discuss communication, boundary-setting, values, and emotional awareness—not to promote or discourage any model, but to help you understand what’s right for you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space for honest reflection, growth, and clarity. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and create actionable steps toward the life you want.

I believe there are unnecessary mental health issues people can live without. Silence is no longer an option—it’s brave and necessary to have uncomfortable conversations about self, systems, inequality, race-related stress, and trauma. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to engage in those conversations—and to thrive.

“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” - James Baldwin
