Great to meet you!

Since beginning my practice many years ago, my passion has always been helping people move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered. My commitment is to not only help you manage your symptoms but to uncover the root causes of your distress and equip you with lifelong coping strategies.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and effective space for healing and growth.

My specialties include

  • Trauma & Anxiety: Healing past wounds and managing overwhelming worry.
  • Skill Building: Learning powerful, practical skills for emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
  • Children & Family Support: Helping children and teens thrive at home and in school.
  • Couples Counseling: Improving communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening connection.
  • Depression; finding meaning in your life. Coping with loss. Experiencing happiness again. I am committed to working with people of all backgrounds in a fully affirming and respectful way.

I believe that effective therapy is a collaboration built on trust, respect, and deep understanding. In my practice, you will find a warm, direct, and supportive environment where your story is honored and your goals are taken seriously.
