Great to meet you!

Thank you for stopping by and for considering me to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and restoration.

Life can bring seasons of challenge, anxiety, family conflicts and relationship issues that leave us feeling weary. If you’re seeking a safe and compassionate space to process your concerns, strengthen your faith, and gain practical tools for daily living, I’m here to help.

As a Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, my approach is both clinically grounded and faith based, if requested —guided by the belief that true healing touches mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is systemic and holistic, recognizing that each person’s well-being is deeply connected to their relationships, environment, and lived experiences. I draw from client-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we work toward greater hope, healing, and wholeness by honoring each client’s unique story, values, and strengths.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a safe space for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, explore what’s been challenging, and discuss how we can work together to create positive change. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or relationship concerns, this is the beginning of your journey toward growth, clarity, and peace.
