Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I am a DNP-prepared, dual-certified Psychiatric and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years in healthcare. I specialize in helping adults and adolescents navigate complex mental health journeys, from daily management to high-acuity needs. My approach is rooted in holistic, evidence-based care, tailored specifically to you. I take the time to listen, working collaboratively to create a stable, supportive environment where you feel empowered. Whether we are focusing on medication management or therapeutic support, my goal is to help you feel grounded, heard, and in control of your well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is rooted in the nursing framework, which emphasizes a holistic, patient-centered, and collaborative model rather than a purely disease-focused approach. I prioritize treating the "whole person"—mind, body, and spirit—addressing the biological, psychological, and social factors contributing to a patient's well-being. I have had the privilege of serving individuals from varied communities, socioeconomic backgrounds, age groups, and cultures.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on a collaborative intake assessment. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental, and secure environment, via telehealth. The goal of this encounter is aimed at building trust and laying the foundation for a personalized treatment plan.
