Great to meet you!

I know it can be exhausting to carry anxiety, depression, past trauma, or relationship stress on your own. In our work together, you’ll have a calm, nonjudgmental space to share your story, feel understood, and learn practical tools to cope with day-to-day life. We’ll focus on what feels most urgent for you right now, while also building longer-term skills so you can feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful about the future.

My approach to therapy

I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, and relationship or interpersonal challenges. In sessions, I use structured, evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT to help you challenge unhelpful thoughts, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels safe. I tailor each session to your needs, goals, and cultural background so you feel genuinely seen and supported.

What you can expect from me

I was born and raised in Laredo, TX, and I’m proud to identify as Mexican American. After 8 years in San Antonio, I deeply value the community’s cultural diversity, and I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. If you’re ready to stop going through this alone and take the next step toward feeling better, I’d be honored to support you—reach out to schedule our first session.
