Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve been carrying anxiety, depression, past trauma, chronic stress, or relationship struggles on your own for a long time. You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in painful patterns, or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to offer a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel genuinely heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through. Together, we’ll focus on the challenges that feel most important right now while also building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful in your everyday life. Therapy with me is a space for healing, growth, and learning how to move through life with greater clarity and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

I primarily work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, and relationship or interpersonal concerns. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and lived experience. I use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients better understand their thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change that feels realistic and sustainable. I also recognize the importance of culture, identity, and personal background in the therapy process, and I strive to create sessions where you feel respected, understood, and supported at a pace that feels safe for you.

What you can expect from me

I was born and raised in Laredo, Texas, and I’m proud to identify as Mexican American. After spending eight years in San Antonio, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the cultural richness and diversity of the community I serve. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and aim to create a welcoming experience for clients from a variety of backgrounds. In our work together, you can expect compassion, structure, and a genuine commitment to helping you feel supported every step of the way. If you’re ready to stop facing things alone and want support in building a healthier, more grounded future, I’d be honored to work with you and help you take that first step toward feeling better.
