Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Paulina. I'm a U.S. Army veteran and a Pennsylvania native who came home to earn my Master of Social Work and become a therapist. I love helping people talk openly about the things that are hard to say out loud, from loss and grief to anxiety, depression, and money worries. I'm especially passionate about taking the shame out of finances and helping you feel better about both your money and your mental health. When I'm not working, you'll find me cooking, baking, exercising, or spoiling my three cats.

My approach to therapy

I keep things real, warm, and judgment free. I'll meet you where you are and make room to talk about whatever feels too heavy to carry alone, whether that's grief, anxiety, identity, or stress about money. I believe how we feel about our finances is part of our mental health, not something to hide. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and a little lighter after each session.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply about getting to know you. There's no pressure to have it all figured out, and you can share as much or as little as feels right. We'll talk about what brought you in and what you're hoping to work on together. Most of all, I want you to leave feeling heard and comfortable coming back.
