Specializes in

Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Loss, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with survivors trauma; whether it resulted from childhood, a toxic relationship or an event, we'll work to process what happened to you and move toward healing. We may also focus on tackling depression, anxiety that may be impacting current relationships and discuss how to navigate dating, relationship issues, and breakups. My goal is to help you connect with your emotions, navigate overwhelming feelings, and increase your coping skills.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide supportive personalized treatment plans that incorporate a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with a focus on learning to identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors; and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) with a focus on improving your relationships, navigating overwhelming emotions and grounding through mindfulness.

What you can expect from our first session

You don't have to do this alone. In our work together, we'll focus on your growth and healing and validate your experience. I provide online therapy in order to facilitate access to care, so whether you need to join a session from your couch, office or car, I'm here to help. Request for a free consultation to learn more and find out if we're a good fit.
