Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, with a passion for helping individuals to fully live their lives to the fullest potential possible. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse in a variety of clinical settings. I obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University. With my experience in an outpatient clinic working with people with ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, and PTSD.

My approach to therapy

Safe and effective care is obtained by working collaboratively with the patient and the psychiatric nurse practitioner. My goal with each patient is treating you as unique person as everyone does not fix in the same box, using evidence-based guidelines and collaborative approach to healing.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in with medication management. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the visits to make sure you are on the right medication for you.
