Great to meet you!

Life is hard! Although some level of stress fosters motivation and performance, a lot hinders your ability to even get up in the morning. If you need help in managing the stress or trauma, I can help. I've worked in correctional facilities, crisis centers, inpatient and outpatient settings with people from all works of life. I specialize in anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, anger management, interracial relationship, immigrants and refugees, grief, and adjustment disorder.

My approach to therapy

After the initial session, we can come with agreed upon treatment goal and set up ways to get there. No two people deal with similar problem the same way. For this, I use Eclectic modality that are evidenced based to individualized treatment plan. We can augment your treatment plan to meet your need. You are a partner in meeting your goal and your input is invaluable.

if you don't feel we're a good fit for each other, I can either refer you out to my colleagues or you may find one on your own.

What you can expect from me

I have many years of experience serving people dealing with anxiety, relational problem, depression, grief and trauma. During the initial session we explore your goal and obstacles in achieving the goal alone. Together we can create measurable steps to meet your goal. A lot of my clients reported symptoms alleviation and felt empowered only after a few session.

In a addition to being a psychotherapist, I am also a meditation teacher and most clients enjoy starting therapy with grounding.
