Great to meet you!

I’m Pauline Tyas, PMHNP-BC, APN-C, and I’m here to support your journey toward healing and emotional well-being. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD (Non-stimulants/no narcotics). My approach is personalized and collaborative. I take time to understand your unique experiences and work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals. Whether that includes medication management, supportive therapy, or lifestyle guidance, I aim to help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.

I strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where you can speak freely and feel supported. Through telehealth, I make care accessible and convenient—so you can get the support you need from the comfort of your home.

If you're ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out by phone or email. Let’s work together to help you feel your best.

My approach to therapy

As a PMHNP, my approach is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, focusing on each client’s unique needs, background, and goals. I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related conditions. I prioritize open communication, education, and shared decision-making to empower clients in their healing journey and promote lasting mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, understood, and respected. I strive to create an environment that fosters trust and openness, allowing clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges at their own pace. Together, we identify personalized goals such as improving mood, managing anxiety or stress, enhancing coping skills, and building healthier relationships. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual, promoting growth, insight, and resilience. Clients often leave sessions feeling more empowered, emotionally balanced, and better equipped to navigate life’s difficulties. My goal is to help them achieve lasting, positive change.
