Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor in Texas, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life! I’ve been in the mental health field since 2017 and worked with various types of populations. More recently have shifted my main focus to neurodiverse clients aged 10-25; however continue to love working with adult clients as well.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that every person has a unique journey and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide that we would be a good duo, we will then act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important in this journey to communicate openly and that ultimately, you feel respected in the relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along your healing.

What you can expect from our first session

It is important that we start with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your journey and what goals you hope to achieve in therapy. We then will work together to figure out how to succeed at achieving those goals! I want to create an open-minded, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable with being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.
