Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered on your mental health journey. I believe in providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where we can work together to find the best approach to your care!

I have extensive experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children and adults with a wide range of mental health conditions! With a strong foundation in critical care nursing and advanced clinical training in psychiatry, my aim is to provide compassionate evidence-based care that aligns with you!

I completed my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University. My education, combined with my experience, has given me a solid foundation in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions. I am board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and hold a current license to practice as a PMHNP.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic and person-centered, focusing on the whole individual, not just their symptoms. I believe in a collaborative partnership where you actively participate in your treatment, and your goals are central to the process. I implement evidence-based practice and psychopharmacology- tailoring them to your unique needs. My care is compassionate, non-judgmental, and rooted in creating a safe space where you feel heard and supported. Above all, I remain flexible and adaptable, adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure you receive the best care possible.

What you can expect from me

Through our work together, you’ll develop a stronger sense of self-awareness and empowerment, enabling you to make informed decisions about your well-being. Additionally, if medication is part of your treatment, you’ll have clear guidance and support in managing it. Most importantly, you’ll feel supported, understood, and more confident in your journey toward healing and growth.
