For over twenty years, I have counseled children and individuals with health issues and focused on a wide variety of issues, from PTSD, depression, anxiety, behavior issues and self-esteem. At PowerUp Counseling, I continue to help clients cope with issues using my vast background and proven knowledge with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy to provide solution focused treatment plans to my clients.

At PowerUp Counseling, my goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and valued in our work together so that you can examine your life and make meaningful changes that will alleviate symptoms and increase well-being.
