Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual therapy in person at my office in Virginia Beach, as well as through secure telehealth for clients across Virginia. I received my MSW from Tulane University and my undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa. I work with clients moving through relationship shifts, career changes, postpartum changes, adjusting to parenthood, or times when they’re redefining who they are. I aim to create a space that feels warm, collaborative, and grounded, where you can show up as your authentic self.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach, tailoring sessions to each person’s needs. My work is informed by person-centered (Rogerian) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you feel heard, supported, and gently challenged when needed. Above all, I want our work together to feel meaningful and useful in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you feel supported, heard, and like you have some space to breathe. Sometimes that means gaining new tools or perspectives, and other times it’s just having a place to sort through what’s on your mind without judgment. My hope is that over time, you’ll feel more clarity and more connected to yourself.
