Great to meet you!

What I’d like you to know about me is that I deeply respect the courage it takes to show up to therapy. I bring a warm, inclusive, and affirming approach, especially for clients navigating identity, family wounds, or feeling out of place. My role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you find your voice and create a life that feels like your own.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. I believe healing happens through both understanding the past and practicing new ways of being in the present. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy to help shift unhelpful thought patterns, while also using mindfulness and somatic awareness to reconnect with the body and calm the nervous system. I value the whole person and I support clients in moving beyond old roles and family patterns to develop a more authentic, grounded sense of self.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, practical tools to manage stress and emotions, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Over time, many clients find they are more grounded in who they are outside of old roles and expectations, better able to set boundaries, and more compassionate toward themselves. My goal is for therapy to feel like a safe, supportive space where growth feels possible and sustainable.
