I have a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health from Wilmington University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked with the adult mental health population in the last four years. I worked in addictions counseling for over ten years. My treatment focus includes depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse use disorders.

I have experience working with adults in an inpatient and outpatient setting for individual and groups sessions. I utilize CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapies.
