Great to meet you!

I am a therapist with real-life experiences, and with these experiences, I help my clients gain perspective that will help them regain dignity and ease of mind and belief that through therapy, life has treasures that they have not seen yet due to the haze of mental health issues.

I have a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. I am a licensed professional counselor, a licensed chemical dependency counselor, and a licensed social worker.

My approach to therapy

I am patient, client-focused, and non-judgemental. I listen to my clients as they tell their experiences, supporting them as they analyze and revise them. They are essentially a Tabla Rasa (Blank Slate) with my assistance, enabling them to design a brighter future.

What you can expect from me

I help people who may be struggling with mental health issues that are affecting their day-to-day functioning. In our initial meeting, we will go over the problems in detail and collaborate to create solutions to help you regain your life. Most of my clients see a gradual improvement in their symptoms within the first month, and then they continue to heal. Change and self-care are essential to transition from having mental health disorders to leading the lives that my clients desire.
