Great to meet you!

If you're in your 20s or 30s and life feels harder to manage than it should—whether that’s ADHD affecting work or relationships, grief that won’t lift, the weight of new parenthood, or a season that’s pushed you past your usual coping—I’d love to talk.

With over 30 years of experience, I still genuinely enjoy this work and the people I meet. I believe everyone has real strengths, and therapy can help clear the path so you can actually use them.

I’m warm and affirming, and I won’t avoid the hard stuff. I’m direct without being critical, so you’ll always know where I stand—and that I’m on your side.

My approach to therapy

My approach is flexible and grounded in what works for you. For ADHD, we focus on practical strategies and structure that fit how your brain operates. For grief and postpartum challenges, we focus on processing, stability, and finding your footing again.

We’ll identify patterns that are keeping you stuck and build tools you can use in your daily life, while also understanding where those patterns come from. Throughout the process, I focus on your strengths as you likely have more resources than you realize!

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with a clearer understanding of what’s been getting in their way and what to do next. Whether it’s managing ADHD more effectively, carrying grief in a more manageable way, or improving relationships, our work is practical and purposeful.

You won’t just feel heard, you’ll leave with tools, perspective, and a stronger sense of what you’re capable of.
