Helping Burned-Out Professionals Heal from the Inside Out

You may be highly capable at work and in life, yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. Many of my clients are professionals who spend their days caring for others while neglecting themselves. Stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and emotional eating often become ways of coping—not personal failures.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Functional Medicine Health Coach, I help clients move beyond symptom management to uncover and heal the emotional patterns driving their struggles. Together, we'll build healthier ways of thinking, coping, and living so you can experience greater peace, confidence, resilience, and fulfillment.

My Release & HealTM 5 Step Process helps you:

rediscover who you are beneath the stress, self-doubt, and emotional pain.

My approach helps you:

Reveal what's truly driving anxiety, burnout, depression, emotional eating, or unhealthy patterns.

Release emotional wounds and beliefs that no longer serve you.

Reprogram healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.

Restore confidence, resilience, boundaries, and emotional well-being.

Rejoice by creating a life that feels peaceful, meaningful, and authentic.

My goal isn't simply to help you feel better today—it's to help you build lasting change that continues long after therapy ends.

When you heal the roots of your struggles, lasting freedom becomes possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you heal the underlying causes of your struggles—not simply manage the symptoms. I believe anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, emotional eating, and other unhealthy patterns are often adaptive responses to difficult life experiences, unmet emotional needs, chronic stress, or limiting beliefs—not personal failures.

Together, we'll uncover what's keeping you stuck while building practical skills that create meaningful, lasting change. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and other integrative techniques.

I also incorporate my MESSAGETM Framework, a whole-person approach that supports lasting emotional wellness by helping you:

My goal is to help you not only feel better—but to heal, grow, and develop the confidence and skills to thrive long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we're a good fit. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace.

We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and the goals you'd like to achieve. I'll ask questions about your personal history, relationships, health, strengths, and any patterns that may be contributing to your concerns. Together, we'll begin identifying the root causes—not just the symptoms—of issues such as anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, emotional eating, or other life challenges.

By the end of our session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how I can help, an initial treatment plan tailored to your needs, and practical next steps to begin moving toward the life you want. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, understood, hopeful, and confident that you don't have to navigate this journey alone.
