Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with more than 10 years of experience helping adolescents (13+), young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, eating disorders, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with women and provide LGBTQ+ affirming care, creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful space where clients can feel understood and supported.

Before becoming a therapist, I earned a second master's degree in Communication and worked in the corporate world in Germany. Having also lived in Brazil, I understand how cultural differences, career demands, and significant life transitions can shape emotional well-being, relationships, and one's sense of identity. These experiences help me connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and tailor therapy to each person's unique experiences and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and strengths-based interventions—to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to provide a supportive environment where you feel safe to explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, healing from trauma, struggling with substance use or disordered eating, navigating relationship difficulties, or facing a significant life transition, you don't have to do it alone. Together, we'll identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and build the confidence and skills needed to create a more balanced, fulfilling life.
