Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, My professional background includes school social work, child and family services, and behavioral health program management, with experience supporting individuals with mental health and substance use challenges. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and recovery, relationship concerns, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. I draw on evidence-informed strategies, including motivational interviewing, to help you recognize your strengths, explore readiness for change, and develop practical coping skills.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together.
