Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and bilingual psychotherapist who has been in this field since 2020. I have worked for non-profit organizations providing therapy to school-based staff, families, and people impacted by natural disasters. I work with women, men, parents, teens, and kids to help them with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, behavioral challenges, understanding/accepting neurodivergence, parenting, relationship problems, and life changes.

My approach to therapy

I focus on listening to the client's story and strengths they bring into therapy. From there, I use concepts from different therapeutic models to figure out what works best for the client, while also challenging them to make the changes needed in order to achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, together we will determine goals and decide on ways to measure your improvement. I provide something each week for clients to do as an assignment so that they can maximize their learning during their weekly sessions.
