She's committed to helping people find their unique path to wellness and a return to self, in all its expressions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, integrative, and client-centered. I combine evidence-based practices with supplemental alternative wisdom to create a unique therapeutic experience tailored to each individual's needs.

My goal as a therapist is to help clients accept and integrate all aspects of themselves, even those parts they may find challenging or unusual.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients who work with me can expect to gain a deeper understanding of themselves; explore the mind-body connection; benefit from an authentic heart-centered approach; feel validated in a safe, non-judgmental space to explore all aspects of their identity and relationships; discover their unique paths to healing and growth that help build a more positive relationship to self and others; and for couples, develop stronger communication skills and a deeper understanding of each other.
