Hello and welcome!

My name is Penelope, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in education and school counseling. In this role I work extensively with children and families, primarily using Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches that help children build coping skills and resilience in a practical, goal-oriented way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is always client centered as I believe you are the expert in your own life. It is my goal to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship where we work together to develop goals and treatment outcomes.
