Great to meet you!

Greetings, I am glad that you are here!

With 34 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I bring seasoned clinical expertise, perspective, and steady support to my work with children, teens, and adults. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and unexpected turning points. This depth of experience allows me to meet each client with insight, compassion, and a calm, grounded approach.

I believe that while many people face anxiety, depression, grief, and challenging circumstances , each person’s story is unique. Therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re adjusting to a major life change, feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty, supporting a struggling child or teen, or carrying the weight of loss or past experiences, I provide a safe and respectful space where you can feel understood and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and strengths-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems techniques (and whatever other model it takes) to help clients develop effective coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. With decades of experience, I bring not only clinical knowledge, but also the perspective and wisdom that come from walking alongside people through many seasons of life. Together we'll create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges, build on your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

We will spend our first session getting to know each other. We will focus on your strengths, clarify your goals, and create a personalized path forward — one that supports resilience, confidence, and greater emotional balance.

Reaching out for therapy is a courageous step. If you’re ready for experienced, compassionate guidance, I would be honored to work with you. Welcome to renewed hope.
