Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with nearly 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families across diverse mental health needs. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Mississippi College, graduating with Special Distinction. My background includes work in psychiatric hospitals, the prison system, and faith‐integrated care through the Rapha Christian counseling division at Charter Hospital in North Jackson, Mississippi. I have provided outpatient therapy in Mississippi, offering individual, group, and marital counseling for concerns such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, substance use, adjustment disorders, crisis intervention, etc. After relocating to Texas, I spent nearly 25 years in managed care conducting clinical reviews for psychiatric and substance‐use facilities nationwide. I currently provide outpatient therapy and serve as a group therapist in the Plano area, offering virtual care to clients across the entire state of Texas. My approach integrates person‐centered interventions, motivational interviewing, Christ‐centered counseling, and other reality‐based methods to support clients in their healing and long‐term recovery.
