My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic style of counseling that reaches many ages and diversities on a level that traditional therapy is ineffective.

Integrating many modalities such as ;

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Training, and Motivational interviewing we can address many common ailments or Dis-Eases of the mind, body, and spirit.

Whether my clients are struggling with depression, anxiety, disconcernment, anger, discontentment and other symptoms of dysregulation of E-motions (energy in motion) ;

I am able to help teach and support them in the process of learning new skills and abilities useful for dealing with life on life's terms.

What you can expect from me

I pride myself with humility as I am human , just like everyone that has the bravery to finally reach out for help. Even when someone is simply wanting to maintain their current mental health or reach new goals; That is a milestone to be excited about !

Clients will be received exactly where they are in their lives in a judgement free environment. Approaches will vary depending on the individual needs of the client . Some may need a place to process trauma , while others seek direction and guidance in other areas.

It is important to come to therapy ready to learn and apply new skills. If that seems unrealistic or overwhelming, I am able to prepare you for readiness.

Then together we can begin to build a treatment plan that fits your goals.

I can be your accountability, drive, motivation, strength, compassion, empathy and positivity until you are able to learn how to do those things for yourself over time.

Looking forward to meeting you !

-Pennie
