Great to meet you!

If you're looking to shift out of being constantly overwhelmed and burnt out, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to work through challenges and move forward with less friction and more clarity. Whether you're struggling with stress, anxiety, health, or work-life balance, we’ll uncover patterns that may be holding you back and explore new ways of thinking to shift into enhanced mindsets that work with you instead of against you.

Including my training I have over 14 years of experience in mental health across healthcare and business settings, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach is holistic and includes wellness, integrating mindfulness and writing as stress reduction options.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to collaborate with you as you navigate growth opportunities, enhance your own strengths, build resilience, emotional well-being, and work together to build strategies that align with your personal and professional aspirations. Cash/private pay clients are also welcome.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should help you start to feel better by reducing symptoms while empowering you to increase self-compassion, navigate challenges with confidence, and create lasting change.
