Welcome - my name is Penny, and my passion is helping adults who are coping with depression, anxiety, bipolar, chronic illnesses, and other mental health challenges. I support individuals as they adjust to life stressors and navigate a variety of life events. My hope is that our time together will provide you with the opportunity to strengthen your well-being, and move confidently into the next chapter of your journey.

My approach to therapy

I strive to provide a judgement-free space that is safe, supportive, and authentic. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychoeducation, and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Our counseling sessions will focus on identifying areas of concerns, processing challenges, and developing a treatment plan tailored to your needs. I will help build practical coping skills to navigate challenging situations, and we will work collaboratively to set and achieve your therapy goals.
