Great to meet you!

My approach to counseling is collaborative, educational, productive, and sometimes humorous. My strengths are helping clients who are stuck and clients who have undergone traumatic events and need to see through them. I love working with people and I love helping people find the most authentic, peaceful version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

Depression and anxiety are not just basic emotional experiences. They can profoundly impact your life and health. Many things bring on these symptoms, including life changes, trauma, grief, physical health issues, job stress and much more. Often, it feels like there is too much to carry alone. I am here to help you find a way to unload the burdens and walk forward into your better future. I take a collaborative approach, helping you find what you are looking for.

What you can expect from me

I believe that education regarding what you are struggling with gives power to the client. I provide insight and education, as well as practical skills and concepts to help you deal with day-to-day life and tackle the bigger issues that have been affecting you.
