Great to meet you!

I'm a California-licensed therapist offering telehealth sessions for adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, shame, creative blocks, and the deeper questions of identity and meaning. My practice is integrative — I draw from IFS, Jungian psychology, attachment theory, somatic approaches, and narrative therapy, adapting what I use to what each person actually needs rather than following a single script. I've worked with clients processing developmental trauma, life transitions, grief, and people who simply know something needs to change but aren't yet sure what that is.

My approach to therapy

I work slowly and attentively. My approach is relational — what happens between us in session matters as much as any technique. I tend to work depth-first, which means we explore the patterns underneath the presenting problem, not just the symptoms on the surface. That might look like getting curious about the inner critic that keeps surfacing, noticing the relational dynamics you keep recreating, or exploring the parts of yourself you've learned to hide. I also bring in body awareness, art, and mindfulness when it fits the person and the moment. Therapy with me isn't about arriving at answers — it's about building a clearer, more honest relationship with yourself. Progress tends to be real and lasting because it comes from understanding, not just coping.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly a conversation. I want to understand what's bringing you in, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping for — but there's no pressure to have it figured out before you arrive. Many clients leave that first session feeling more understood than they expected. We'll talk about whether we're a good fit, and I'll share how I work so you can decide if it feels right. You're welcome to ask me anything. The goal is for you to leave with a clearer sense of what working together might look like — and enough information to make a real decision.
