Great to meet you!

Focusing on your mental health and self-growth is one of the most empowering things you can do for yourself in a world where we don't have control over a lot of things going on around us. Whether you are looking to focus on practical coping skills, deeper emotional exploration or a space to process and vent, my goals is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you can feel heard and understood.

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy meaning I like to get to know more about my clients, not just what their current stressors are. We will explore how your thoughts, emotions, physical health, relationships and life experiences all interact and use that understanding to support meaningful and lasting change

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is not a one size fits all experience and take a personalized approach with each client I work with. I will meet you where you are week by week, tailoring our sessions to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I recognize first sessions can be scary, especially if you've never participated in therapy before. During your initial session you can expect a conversation getting to know each other and building trust. It's all about your pace and comfort as we work towards getting to know what your goals are!
