Great to meet you!

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, empathetic and non-judgmental space to help people explore and overcome life's challenges while feeling seen and heard. I highly value building a strong therapeutic alliance based in authenticity, understanding, and respect as a foundation to the therapeutic process. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD/complex trauma, interpersonal relationship difficulties, life changes and transitions, and other life stressors. I acknowledge the courage it takes to seek help and the work it takes to make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients and personalize treatment based on the needs and goals of the individual. Using an integrative approach that incorporates psychodynamic fundamentals, mindfulness, and cognitive-based interventions, we will work to gain insight, find meaning, and build practical skills and tools in a way that works for you.

What you can expect from me

I believe in providing treatment that considers the whole person, their life experiences, cultural identities, beliefs, and values and I endeavor to facilitate treatment outcomes beyond symptom reduction, towards true healing and personal growth. I welcome you to reach out if you are interested in working together.
